Susan Warner is a Student Success Coordinator at SUNY Online. Passionate about pursuing excellence, Susan Warner is a trusted student advocate. By inspiring students to believe in themselves, Susan builds relationships that propel students toward academic success. Her experience as a school specialist at Monroe Community College and her pivotal role in the implementation of Guided Pathways provided the path for her to serve as a SUNY Online Success Coordinator. In her current role, she continues her mission to increase retention and completion for non-traditional students. Susan graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Organization Management B.S. from Roberts Wesleyan College. Having completed her degree as a working professional, Susan understands the challenges SUNY Online students face and the supports they need to succeed. Outside of work, Susan loves spending time with her grandchildren, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and drinking great coffee!

Marcia Malone-Ray is a Learning Management System Help Desk Analyst at SUNY Online. Marcia graduated from the Junior College of Albany and Hudson Valley Community College, majoring in design and computer information. Before starting with SUNY Online in 2014, she was in the kitchen design field for 20+ years. The career change was prompted by an interest in technology and education, and the desire to help people.

Nina Santiago is a SUNY Online Help Desk Analyst. Nina has worked with SUNY Online since 2017. She is a proud alum of SUNY Purchase and currently is a graduate student at University at Albany working towards her master’s in Latin American, Caribbean, and U.S. Latino studies. Her professional and academic interests include diversity and inclusion in higher education.

Amanda Wickham is a SUNY Online Success Coordinator. As a student advocate, Amanda is a critical thinker who is a constant “yes, and…” brainstormer. She studied Mathematics Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington but found her passion in higher education when she served as a student leader. Since moving to New York in 2012, she’s served non-traditional students at Keuka College, Rochester Institute of Technology, and currently serves the hardworking adult learners within SUNY Online. While working full time in Higher Education, she completed her Masters Degree with Stony Brook University in Higher Education Administration in 2019. Outside of work, she is found spending time with her family hiking mountains or biking the Finger Lakes.

Robert Jones is a SUNY Online Help Desk Analyst. He lives with his spouse and three Cardigan Welsh corgis in the rural upstate New York town of Princetown, about 25 minutes from downtown Albany. In addition to working as a HelpDesk Analyst for SUNY Online, he is an online adjunct instructor of Spanish for Empire State College. Before that he taught foreign language and English at Fulton-Montgomery Community College for twenty years, offering a mix of traditional, web-enhanced, hybrid and online courses. In addition to English and Spanish, he speaks French, German, and Welsh. Currently he is also one of New York State’s public historians, and is the appointed Historian for his town.
